Finding a designer piece like Oscar de la Renta while thrifting is a real joy. This one was in rough shape so I mended it as best I could (reminding myself what a talent tailoring really is) and replaced the buttons. This was originally a women’s blazer as there is no inside pocket but the cut is very neutral. The fabrication tag was missing but from my thirty-plus years of experience in the fashion world, I know it’s a linen cotton blend. Found this in the early days of LUV so of course I branded it with the denim from some Gloria Vanderbilt jeans. Made for those who are perfectly quirky and love a good tailored look.
