Girbaud was one of those brands that moved perfectly from the '80s into the '90s, thanks in large part to their classic cuts in denim and great branding… everyone wanted that tab in the front. And now thanks to more diversity in fits of denim, these are an easy vintage brand to get into. A classically vintage 'missy' cut that can be worn by any gender, but would lend themselves best to a curvier body type. We love white jeans year-round as they allow colors to pop and offer a classic polish to any ensemble.
Thanks to the lifestyle photo, you can see how they would fit on two different body types. We used a cuff but you could also easily hem them. Measured lying flat at 13” waist x 10.5” rise x 31.5” inseam (uncuffed) x 6” leg opening (see our measurement key under Customer Care). Check the measurements against a favorite jean of your own if in doubt, but we think these will best fit a modern size 25 or 26. The fit model is 5’9”, 122 lbs, typically size 25 in fitted stretch jeans and the model in the lifestyle photo is 5’3”, 127 lbs, typically size 26 in jeans.
